1. Return Policy Overview
At FZ Online Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligible Returns
You may request a return/exchange if:
- You received a wrong or defective product
- The product is damaged during shipping
- The product does not match the description on our website
- The product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Screen protectors once applied
- Earbuds/handsfree after use for hygiene reasons
- Products with tampered or missing packaging
- Products that show signs of use or physical damage by the customer
- Products returned after the 7-day window
4. How to Request a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp:
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Share photos/videos of the product issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
5. Return Shipping
For defective or wrong products, return shipping is on us. For other eligible returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost. We will arrange the pickup through our courier partner.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds can be sent via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
7. Exchanges
If you received a defective product, we offer free exchange with the same product. If the product is out of stock, we will process a full refund.
